Overnight Oats Meal Prep

This is one of my go-to meal prep recipes that I make every week! These egg white bites are super simple to make, easy to grab on the go, and you can make them with a wide variety of vegetables and seasonings to keep them interesting! I used silicone baking cups from amazon for these fun shapes but you can also just use a muffin tin!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Scoop MaxEffort Plant OR Tri-Blend Protein

  • 1/2 Cup Oats (or preferred amount based on goals)

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

  • Other Additions to your liking - like a TBSP or two of Chia/Flax Seeds, Banana, Berries, stevia sweetened Chocolate Chips, etc.!

  1. CHILLLLLLLL

  2. 12 hours minimum in the fridge

  3. Smash it!

MACROS using 1/2 cup Oats, 1/2 Banana, 1tbsp Chocolate Chips ~ 400 Calories | 10g Fat | 53g Carbs | 25g Protein


These are so easy to prep for the entire week and have them ready to go in the fridge!
