What’s a BHAG?! My inner MBA nerd is showing here, but it’s a business school term that has stuck with me that I now apply to bodybuilding.

My BHAG for a while was becoming an IFBB pro. It was a goal of mine before I had anywhere close to the physique to be one. But I put it out there. I had a North Star and I worked my butt off to get there.
These goals sometimes seem outrageous when you first set them, and that's part of the point. The goal should be something so audacious that you know you're going to have to work incredibly hard to get there. That's what will motivate you to put in the work when life inevitably tries to get in the way.
I encourage all of you to set your own Big Hairy Audacious Goals. Speak it into existence!
