What is your current fitness level?
Knowing a client's fitness level is crucial to creating an effective and safe workout plan. Understanding their experience with fitness, current exercise routine, and any injuries or limitations will help me design a plan that challenges them without overwhelming them.
What is your nutrition like?
Nutrition is a key component of any fitness program, and it's important to understand what a client's current eating habits look like. By asking about their typical diet, any allergies or intolerances, and their relationship with food, I can create a plan that meets their nutritional needs and fits into their lifestyle.
What motivates you?
Motivation is a crucial factor in achieving fitness goals, and understanding what motivates a client can help me support and encourage them throughout their journey. Whether it's a desire to improve their health, a competitive drive, or a desire to feel confident in their own skin, knowing what motivates my clients helps me keep them on track.
What are your biggest obstacles?
Finally, it's important to understand what might stand in the way of a client's success. Whether it's a busy schedule, a lack of equipment, or a tendency to self-sabotage, knowing their biggest obstacles allows me to create a plan that addresses these challenges and keeps them moving forward.
